Hello, i have clared my IPCC both groups and currently doing my articleship in a propritorship.

My working hours are 10-6 with a lunch break of 40 min. I work for 6 days a week. Same timings are mentioned in my articleship registration form. As per my knolwdege, institute's rule is that, an article should not work beyond 35 hours a week in normal circumstances. However i am working alomst 42-45 hours a week.

Also for any leave i take, it is deducted from my stipend.

Am i eligible for extra leave? Does the Principal have right to deduct it from my stipend?

Also if i take the credited leave now, will i be eligible for leave during my bcom and final exam?

Please, guide me about workings hours and leaves i can take.

it is said that a c.s has to be a dynamic personlity and knowledgable and many more. please tell me how to inculcate all these qualities so that i be at helm ?

According to notification by ICAI they have said that 'Negative list of services and other amendments made vide the Finance Act, 2012 are not
relevant for Nov 2012 exams.'
Does that mean the rate of Service Tax will be 10% and the Point of Taxation Rules will be the same i.e. without any changes?

I have a question. As per the new direct entry system to ipcc. Does one have to do articleship for 9 months before appering for the exam. Please advise

I'VE REGISTERED FOR IPCC UNDER DIRECT ENTRY SCHEME ON 15-9-2012. AS I WAS UNAWARE OF CPT CONVERSION, I'VE ATTACHED ONLY RS 11000/- DD. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER IT IS MANDATORY TO FOLLOW CONVERSION SYSTEM OR NOT. IF YES, THEN SHOULD I SEND EXTRA RS 500/- DD FOR CONVERSION FROM CPT TO IPCC?.. IS THAT BE CONSIDERED? KINDLY ANSWER FOR THIS.

There is an announcement by Board of Study at www.icai.org about exclusion of certain topics from paper 7A of IPCC but these topics are included in RTP so what to do?

i was really a good student before.. but with some unnecessary circumstances i was really depressed everytime so i cudnt concentrate on studies at all for 9 months i am going to give my first attempt ipcc this nov, but this time i have no hope( i havent studied at all) , i will just appear there( parents desire) .. i am thinking to appear on may attempt as well next time with full preparation hoping for rank .. but someone told me that if u have a past history record about the failure, icai board can filter your name and thus make u failure again n again.. is that true?? plz i am superscared n stressed out plz help

i had registered my tan account on nsdl site A email also came to activate Tan account ,in this link also given to activate while clicking this link it ask tan registration no. ,tan a/c no . and verification code..
but verification code has not come by sms what to do plz help

Details of case are as under:
ITR fillied of assessee for the AY 2011-12 within due time but forget to enter the Depr. Chart seperately in Computax Software due to which get demand notice for difference on account of DEPRECIATION.

Considering it as Mistake we filled the RECTIFICATION Request U/S 154 with correctly filling the DEPRECIATION CHART. But again in Rectification order get the demand notice of same amount.

Now we wish to revise the ITR u/s 139(5).

So Our query is:
1. "WHETHER REVISION OF ITR POSSIBLE AFTER
RECTIFICATION ORDER RECEIVED"?

2. What is the REMEDY available to us regarding rejection of DEPRECIATION CLAIM in the RECTIFICATION RETURN FILLED????.

Pls guide in detailed the correct procedure & how to come out of this situation.
