I am registering for articleship and I saw form 112 which specifies that it should be signed and stamped by the college principal. I am pursuing M.com via correspondence from IGNOU and there is no principal as such. So who should I get it signed from.

sub: registration of article of sro0350936 mr sudarshan.
1.)this is with reference to the submission of papers for re-registration of articles of the above student under you w.e.f. 23-08-12 for the balance period of his articles.
as per the ca regulations, you are entitled to train articled clerks under the following catagories..
vacancies 0 articled clerks 7
it is seen from our records that the following articled clerks are already doing articleship under you:
1,2,3,4,5,6,7(names and sro of the students have been mentioned there)

in case any of the above articled clerks has already terminated/completed his articleship kindly inform us with appropriate documents for necessary action.
since the above articled clerks already are servicing under you as per the pre-amended regulations, they will be allowed to continue their training till their completion of articles period under you.

in case, however all the above articled clerks are still undergoing training, you are not eligible to train mr sudarshan under you and may therefore request him to join another ca with necessary vacancy and advise him to send papers for registartion within 30 days from fresh commencement of articles..
this is what stated in the letter sir of the 7 students one student's articles have been completed on 5-3-2011 but still her name is in articled clerks list.. now what is my status?

Sir im confused with treatment of proposed dividend. Have gt various diff opinions. Pls let me know how to treat proposed div in both holding co and subsidary co books.

From what i understood, dividend receivable entry will not be passed in holding co books

in subsidary co books reserves dr to proposed dividend will be passed, and proposed dividend will be a part of networth analysis. And will be split into c and r as per to date of control

Hie everyone I have cleared my IPCC in November, 2011.
And My final Attempt will be in November, 2014.
And I have also cleared My CS EXECUTIVE Exam in June, 2012 and final Attempt Will be in December, 2013.

So Now I am very Confused when will be the right time to Join Final CA Coaching?
One of my friend had joined Professional Academy Classes.
And I am Very much confused When to Join Because these Professional Academy Classes have started a Special Batch for FINAL CA for Nov, 2014 in 150 Student.
So I am confused when to join.
Should I join this Classes or Still It has time to Join COACHING for CA FINAL.
Please Experts I need your advice.
