Hello,
I am registering for articleship and I saw form 112 which specifies that it should be signed and stamped by the college principal. I am pursuing M.com via correspondence from IGNOU and there is no principal as such. So who should I get it signed from.
Please help...

it has to be signed in case u are attending college and to ensure that ur college timings do not clash with ur articleship timimgs..
in ur case ,since you dont have to attend college,i dont think it is compulsory but to be on a safer side you can give a written letter for the same

Those who pursuing other course other than CA through correspondence need not to require to attest the form 112 by the college principle because of there is no college to such students thus no principle and not attending any classes so no crash to the articleship period.
