How to cancel service tax no. online?

Pls help

HELLO...I COMPLETED MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING.DUE TO SOME REASON I FAILED TO FILE MY 108 FORM ON TIME.NOW I AM SUBMITTING IT ALONG WITH LATE FEE AND CONDONATION LETTER.I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE LETTER IS TO BE WRITTEN ON THE FIRMS LETTER PAD OR IN A SIMPLE PAPER AND SHOULD IT BE SIGNED BY PRINCIPAL ??? PLZ REPLY ITS URGENT

I am cs final student. My registration got expired on January 2013 and I applied for extension on 7 March 2013. subsequently I also filled exam form in physical mode and enclosed with it extension acknowledgement that I received from cs institute chapter on 9 march 2013. However when I checked my exam enrolment status online, i found that my application has been rejected due to expiry of registration....what should i do now? I want to give June attempt!!!

please advice in my case:
I have pursued CS -INTER during my articleship but has not disclosed the same by filing form 112 due to unavoidable reasons.

I have qualified the ca course and i have to apply for membership also.

The CA under which i completed my articleship now refuses to sign on form 112.

Please advice 1) what formalities to be done for disclosure of the additional course?
2) what are consequences of non disclosure and directly applying for membership?
3) Also let me know whether Form 112 is required to be filed for a qualified ca or it is only for an articled assistant?

i gave my b.com 2nd year exam in march i am getting myself registered for articleship now. will i have to fill form no.112?

I took transfer from my old firm on 27th of November 2012 and i have sent my form 109 on 29th. I got registered in another firm on 1st of deccember 2012 and have sent form 103 for my reregistration. but till now( April 2013) i havent received any reply from ICAI. When i call them they donot pick up the phone and do not respond to my emails. Week ago i called and They told me that they havent received my both form 103 and 109 till now and hung the phone. Now they are not receiving my call. What shall i do?

My principal is not allowing me to go for industrial training even though I am eligible for the same. What can I do, if he doesn't allow me

Dear experts,
I have completed my CA inter and completed my articleship. Iam going to appear final both groups this may,2013. During my articleship, I have not done any company audit. My articleship got over purely by doing vouching,ticking,posting,casting etc., please tell me whether if i go for a job in a ca firm or a company, will this loss of exposure pose a problem for me? If yes, how to tackle it? please guide me

sir my self RAKESH KUMAR ,CRO0319068 started articleship frm 25-02-2013 and submitted the form 103 to ca institute but today i rcv 1 letter by icai that my CA IS salaried employment so not eligible to trained an article..but my CA is holding a COP FRM DATE 20-09-2012 as written on my form 103 which i submitted . membership no of my CA IS 408235. but when i check the members detail FROM ICAI WEBSITE its written that he doesnt hold COP. SIR PLS HELP M WHAT SHOULD I DO..IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT THE MEMBER IS HOLDING COP BUT DIDNT RCV THE SAME FROM THE INSTITUTE

Registration for CA - CPT Course was made on 15-04-2013.

A period of 60 days should expire from the date of registration and upto the first day of the month in which an examination takes place

In the instant case, candidate becomes eligible for examination held in the month of July and thereafter.

Next pencil - paper mode CPT falls in the month of December only.

Will there be conducted any online examination before that ? Where do I get information in this regard ? Procedure / Time limit for application for such exam ?
