My principal is not allowing me to go for industrial training even though I am eligible for the same. What can I do, if he doesn't allow me

He has no right to restrict you for doing Industrial Training. You just give 3 months intimation for doing Industrial training. You can take transfer or quit the principal for doing Industrial Training.
