18 April 2013 HELLO...I COMPLETED MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING.DUE TO SOME REASON I FAILED TO FILE MY 108 FORM ON TIME.NOW I AM SUBMITTING IT ALONG WITH LATE FEE AND CONDONATION LETTER.I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE LETTER IS TO BE WRITTEN ON THE FIRMS LETTER PAD OR IN A SIMPLE PAPER AND SHOULD IT BE SIGNED BY PRINCIPAL ??? PLZ REPLY ITS URGENT
