i have passed my group 1 ipcc in november 2011....and registered for articleship on 30th april 2012...and passed my group 2 for ipcc in may 2012...what will be my attempt for final ca ?????

hi, i m a CA FINAL student.i had been giving exam of 2nd group for the last 3 attempts but could not clear.this time i have lost all hopes..but still wanted to give a last try. i wanted to ask u that will it be possible for me to prepare for both first and second grp together in just 3 months and how??? i will also like to tell...at present i am doing ACCOUNTS and SFM classes ,and i have still not prepared audit and law...so can it be possible to manage all this together along with the second group?? please sir please do reply...

plz frnds suggest me wt i will do?

in my 1 st attemt i got 137 marks in 1st group and fail in all subjects.

2 nd time 58 in fm and fail in all subjects(total =140)

may13 48 in acc. , 47 in fm, 20 in audit , 35 in law (total= 145). i lso gave 2 nd grp this time and got 45 in costing and fail in all subjects due to prepareation is not done in 2 nd grp.

after giving exam i join a firm for taking practical experience and in these days not studing due to work .

frnds wt can i do ? my confidence become loose very much my study is not going .iam very frusted sometime i think that i wnt to do suicide.

plz plz plz ... suggest me can i leave ca final or job or continue both.

also suggest me how to handle theory subjects bcz my theory subjects is very poor.

I wanted to ask you that i stay in Mumbai i have completed 1 year and nine month of Articleship. Now my family is shifting in Rajasthan.
Can this be a valid ground for transfer of articleship.Do i need to give any proof to ICAI regarding my Shifting.If yes then what proof do i need to give it to ICAI
What all procedure i need to follow for transfer of articleship.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE TO TAKE TRANSFER IN 1ST YEAR OF ARTICLE SHIP AND I HADN'T YET RECEIVED THE REGISTRATION LETTER FROM ICAI. BUT I M REGISTERED AS I HAD CHECKED IT ONLINE. I HAVE COMPLETED MY 5 MONTHS TRAINING.

I am going to appear for ca final Nov 2013 exam, Satara is a ca final exam center. I want to know in which city of satara district the exam will be held and generally which college is allotted for CA exams.

Sir, I am completed 1 year 5 month of article ship period , now our family shifting bangalore to Native place (Shivmoga) it is valid reason for transfer and what are the document or proof required.
