18 July 2013 Sir, I am completed 1 year 5 month of article ship period , now our family shifting bangalore to Native place (Shivmoga) it is valid reason for transfer and what are the document or proof required.

18 July 2013 yes as you are in 2 year of articleship such reason u mentioned will be accepted by icai.

u should first write a letter asking for permission for trf and then u need to fill form 109.

doc like new rent reciepts of shivmoga,
new ration card copy,
new electricity bill,
new mobile bill mentionning the new address.
