me and my friend are pursuing articleship from the same firm. my friend needs leave for preparation of her CA final exams due in Nov 2017. but the principal is not granting her leaves. he has even denied for giving secondment. what are the possible alternatives she can opt?

hi i am a student of 12 std and i want to give cpt exam next year but i have received a news that the syllabus is changed. Today i received a file that if we register before 30 june 2017 then we can give exam with the old syllabus. I am confused that from which Syllabus should i give the exam. I have no idea about the new syllabus. Please help me about which Syllabus is better.

I HAVE CLEARED MY IPCC GROUP 2 EXAMINATION IN NOVEMBER 2016 BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT REGISTERED OF CA FINAL COURSE AND THERE IS NEWS FROM ICAI REGARDING REVISED SYLLABUS THOSE WHO WANT TO REGISTER FOR CA FINAL IN OLD COURSE THE DUE DATE IS 30-JUNE-17. I WANT TO REGISTER MY SELF IN NEW COURSE (THAT IS REGISTRATION AFTER 30 JUNE) SO IS THAT OK?

I have completed my IPCC (both groups) in November 2015 and already registered for CA Final. My attempt is in November 2018. Can I opt for writing exams under new syllabus or is it mandatory for me to write exams under existing syllabus itself?

Dear Madam/Sir, This is sandeep, i like to ask you that i have registered for IPCC through direct entry scheme in the year 2013. I have completed the orientation programme as well as itt programme conducted by icai branch. But i have quit the CA course due to some personal problems as i have completed 8 months of articleship. Now i have decided to complete the CA course under new syllabus 2017 through direct scheme, whether it is possible to change old direct entry scheme to new direct entry scheme, and i want to know whether the gmcs and oreintation programme is excluded under new syllabus 2017 for direct entry scheme.

For Inter C.A / ICWA:-
1 year relevant post qualification experience
in Finance / Accounts / Audit.
What does it mean? Can i show my 3 years articleship certificate to them?

Sir i have completed my 3yrs articleship on 19/05/2017 but my principal is not signing form 108, he is forcing me to work under him for 6 months more... Is there any procedure to come out of this situation? I have heard about form 119 too what extent it is useful?
