05 June 2017 I am already registered under existing ipcc system and also appeared for may 17 exam. So in this case, do I need to register again within June 30 to stay in the existing system? One more thing is, if I don't clear my may 17 exam, will I be allowed to appear for Nov 17 exam again?

1. **Registration Renewal for IPCC**: As per the existing system (before the implementation of the new scheme), registration once done remains valid for a certain period. If your registration is still valid and has not expired, you generally do not need to renew it within a specific deadline (like June 30th) just to continue under the existing IPCC system. Your registration is typically valid until you complete the IPCC exams or until the registration period expires, whichever comes first.

2. **Appearing for Nov 2017 Exam**: If you don't clear the May 2017 IPCC exam, you are eligible to appear for the Nov 2017 exam session without needing to re-register, provided your registration is still valid. This means you can attempt the exam again in November 2017 under the existing IPCC scheme.

3. **Transition to the New Scheme**: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is introducing a new scheme from July 2017 onwards, which will have different provisions for registration, exams, and attempts.
