I'm in my first year of articleship and If I'm taking transfer from the present firm is there any time gap before which I should join another firm? ?

I am article i want to ask is an article need to attend articleship on national holidays or its an.official holiday for the article also even if the c.a open up its office. Can any action be taken against article.

I'm doing my artileship with one reputeed firm. Now i'm going to write ipcc 1st group in November, 2013. What should i do for clear my this attempt. But i didn't start my study till now due to my work pressure. Now i'm ready to study, and onething i didn't attend any class which is conducted by institute. I have to do self study. So pls guide me what and all i shoud do . . . ?

I am in second year of articles.
For any small mistake, my sir asks me to take transfer. Yesterday(15th August 13) I couldnt office due to personal problems, and today he asked me to take transfer.
We have been working everyday till 8 - 8:30 and still we have to face this.
What can be done. Kindly Suggest.

I cleared My ippc both the groups in Nov 2012 attempt, still i have not registered
for the Final Exam. Is there any Time Limit for Registration ?if yes then in have much time i should registered?

i am cs final student,passed my 2 groups and result for other two groups is awaited,i have worked as executive in a manufacturing concern for 3 years,having a paid up share capital of 30 lac rs.can i claim exemption in articelship of comapny secretary on this basis

I have cleared My IPCC grup 1 this may 2013 with exemption in accounts with 69 marks.I have to fill exam form for grup 2 nov 13.I want to know if this exemption is useful for next exams and should I mention it in my exam form?
