IS A DIRECTOR IS INTERESTED AS PER SECTION 299 IN FOLLOWING CASES?
CASE- I: IF MR. X A DIRECTOR OF ABC LTD. HOLDS 1.5% SHARES OF XYZ PVT. LTD. AND HIS WIFE HOLDS 2% SHARES OF THE SAME COMPANY.

CASE-II : IF MR A, DIRECTOR OF ABC LTD..
HIS WIFE HOLDS 3% SHARES IN XYZ LTD.

What type of forms are required to be uploaded in case of name availability for a LLP, and is there any type of mandatory documents which are supposed to be attached with the prescribed form.

I case of a Limited Liability Partnership what is the difference between the words " PARTNER " and " DESIGNATED PARTNER ".

Whether I can register a Private limited company by using the word "INDIA". I want to register a private limited company in the name of Gateway India Private Limited. What are the addition compliance, registration fees and authorised capital requirements for this. I have found a guideline which are relates to 2011, in which it is stated that authorised capital should be 25 lakh but Now some CS practitioners are saying that you can register you company with min. capital of 1 Lakh. Pls suggest to me as soon as possible.

My question is what powers does a chairman cum managing directors have if a director resigns from his post before his term.
What are the powers the chirman have for filling that vacant seat of director. In this case company is a limited company.
