can i file form 23B for the years 2006-07 to 2012-13 now. how much would be the penalty for it, if previously the said form is not filed.

What are the powers the chirman have for filling that vacant seat of director. In this case company is a limited company.

Dear Sir,
I want to normalise a dormant company and want to file form 61 but at MCA site , in signatory details it is shown that The co. is in default of filing form Din3/Form 32.Since the co. has not filed its annual accounts since 2006-07. I want to know how i should file form DIn 3 and whether Din 3 is mandatory before filing Form 61 and what are the attachments needed?

My application for approval of name "KRISH FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICE PVT LTD" and objection is that a company with name "KRISH MANAGEMENT PVT LTD" already registered. so, their is any second way to register the same because concern already running business with the said name.

One of my client applied for DIN, but, MCA not accepting the form, the error is that you had already taken DIN by the provided information.

Now I want to know that how to find the DIN number, as, I am not having the DIN and want to incorporate the company.
