Appointment of cs in case of private limited company

So, the meaning I can deduce from above reply that there is no requirement of appointment of CS in the aforesaid case.
Only obtaining Compliance Certificate from a Practicing CS will be enough

in a company the directors rotate by rotation, but in the notice issued that particular clause was not mentioned that the director rotate and retire. also the articles of the company makes provisions regarding the rotation of directors

whats the position of the director & further proceedings ???

hai sir!!!

We are comes under 100% automatic route, we already received the funds through authorized delar from the NRI for share application money. we already send the intimation to RBI about the funds received,we are not liable for prior approval from FIPB.

whether FIPB intimation also required??? or not.

Please clarify my doubt
