when i tried to login to mca site with my new dsc ,error showing digital signature invalid.all the internet options are correctly adjusted.
in my new dsc the email id is different from the email id which i registered with mca site for registering as a professional.
my querry
1)how to correct my email id in my profile with mca(only after login to mca email id can corrected,but couldnot login to mca)
2)whether difference in e mail id is reason for showing the error invalid signature

What method should be adopted to do valuation of shares of a Pvt Ltd Co. which is accepted both as per the Companies Act and Income Tax Act. The company is a service provider and works as consultants. Can we value shares based on present and or future earnings?

A DIRECTOR HAVE TWO DIN

EXAMPLE DIN 1 : HE ALLOTTED IN 2006 AND HE UPDATE WITH PAN.
DIN 2 : ALLOTTED IN 2008 HE DID NOT UPDATE WITH PAN

BUT THERE IS MISTAKE HE IS USING DIN 2 FOR COMPANIES THAT WAS NOT UPADATED...

AND DIN CELL ASKED DIRECTOR TO UPDATE DIN WHICH IS NOT UPDATED

Please clarify.

Normally Notices & all communications are sent to Registered Offices of the company.Can we request ROC to send them to the Corporate Office of the Company?

i have filed Form-1A of my client for the name availability of Lakshmee Charana Cold Storage India Pvt Ltd on 28/02/2013.

For first two two directors have DIN.as there was a provision in the Form to give either PAN or DIN, i gave PAN numbers of third & fourth directors and filed the form.

Till date i didnot receive any intimation from ROC confirming the name.

Second problem is DIN of third director is already applied for some other company... but later on that company didnot appoint him as first directors.
So how to check whether he is allotted DIN or not and how to get his DIN number if allotted?

i need your guidance through out this registration process as i have started my practice now n m from small town

Can any one solve my query.

Mr. A was the auditor of company in F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09
He was dead but he filed 23B of that company but could not filed 23AC.
Now Mr. B is the auditor of that company he filed all 23B & 23AC from F.Y. 2009-10 onwards,but he could not file the 23AC of F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09.
Because he has not Mr. A details like PAN No.,Membership no. etc.
Mr. B find the membership no. from ICAI website, but could not found the PAN No. of Mr. A



Kindly advise how Mr. B File the 23AC without PAN No.
