My query is how to investigation of pvt ltd company and we required annual report filed with Roc in last year.

what will be the maximum no of office that a single person can hold as a director ?

an AGM is successfully conveyned approving annual accounts and re-appointment of auditors.
i need to know what are the legal compliances to be followed after AGM?

is there any need to file minutes of AGM with roc.

also need your suggestion whether can a company conveyne 2 AGM in same year approving accounts of 2 different year(first meeting held in year)

i had filed form 2 LLP agreement dated 14/03/2013 on e stamp paper of Rs. 100. Now i have received mail for resubmission for the same asking for paying 1% stamp duty to state govt. Now please let me know how can i pay stamp duty now? contribution of the LLP is 50K. should i pay Rs. 400/- to State Govt. but how?

What documentary proof can we attach with Form 18 if the premises is taken on rent?

Our Partnership Firm has capital contribution of Rs. 2 crore +

The firm decided to convert to company.

Please let me know whether after conversion capital of partnership firm i.e. Rs. 2 crore +

must be authorised as well as paid up capital of the Company

or

Authorised Capital should be Rs. 2 crore +
and paid up capital can be the minimum req. as per law i.e. Rs 1 lacs

Ours is a private limited company. the company wants to issue debentures, what is the procedure to be followed by the company for issue of debentures? what is compliance requirement with ROC? What is the stamp duty applicable if the company is situated in maharashtra?
