is XBRL is applicable to PRIVATE Ltd company having paid up capital of Rs 6.82 CR

03 April 2013 Applicable to Listed Companies and companies having a paid up capital of Rs. 5 Crore and above or a turnover of Rs. 100 crore or above

Since in your case the Paid up capital is 6.82 crs, you have to file by XBRL way.

03 April 2013 in your case XBRL is applicable. Besides if your company is in manufacturing or processing business then Cost Compliance Report is also to be filed. This can be filed mandatorily in XBRL only.
