I am about to start a firm which will be a typical It outsourcing firm based in India with most of the clients in the US.

I am confused whether i should go for an LLp or a Pvt limited company.?

The conditions are:
1) I have a partner who is an NRI. he is residing in the US , he holds the green card in the US but not the permanent citizenship of US
2) All the initial investment would come from the NRI
3) the guy has an Indian PAN Card and also an Indian Passport

What is the best way of doing so?
Since, I am not sure but will this be a kind of FDI ?
So, what are the pros and cons of getting an LLP or Pvt ltd Comapny?
What should be the steps?

Hello friends, i have a query regarding the resignation of a director. A director has signed the resignation form but the Company is not ready to file Form 32 for the same and when i went to the ROC office they told me that there is an investor grievence link on the MCA website and lodge a complaint over there and thereafter the matter will be decided by the high court. i am a bit confused that where shall i lodge a complaint as the investor grievance link is for investors.

So please let me know that what is the correct procedure for resolving the above matter?

Dear Sir,
I filed Form No. 1A for seeking approval for company name. The Name selected was "AUM CRAFTTECH PRIVATE LIMITED". The registrar has rejected the name saying that it closely resembles with the name "OM PAPERCRAFT PRIVATE LIMITED"

My question is a whether Papercraft and Crafttech are resembling words? I don't think so. In such case what is remedy available to me to fight against the same?

One of my clients company was formed in Jan 2011 and till date they have not done any audit, ROC filing nor any income tax filing.

They want to regularise now.

How to proceed?
