24 April 2013 Why was the need to replace Companies Act with Companies bill was felt ?
Please reply if anyone could tell me the reasons for passing companies bill.

The Companies Act is know because it is already in 1956 approved by the both Parliament and then it become Act. In 1956 it is also known as Companies Bill 1956 util it is approved by both Parliament and got ascent from President.

Any Act which is known as Bill until it is passed by the Parliaments.
