See the circular no 15/2011 issued by mca dated 11-4-2011, in this regards. It explains the revised procedure for appointment of cost auditor by companies u/s 233B of the co act. Check the circular on mca website www.mca.gov.in

I knw that but the interpretation is a bit difficult.i need to knw whether a company whose cost audit report is prescribed,will require to appoint or not??
