we are filed Form 2 (Incorp Documents) on dated 09/04/13 but till date transaction status showing : Pending For Addendum to Form 2, sir my query is how much time taken for certificate.

I think, they demand from you to attach addendum to Form-2.

Generally they will not take more time, but due to takeover of MCA portal operation by Infosis, we are unable to decide time frame for getting Certificate.

I will suggest you to visit ROC office and try to get the Certificate as early as possible.
