I would like to know about one Notification No. GSR 59 dated January 6th, 1959 regarding Annual Filing of Foreign Companies with ROC, that as of now is there any changes (or further clarifications) regarding this notification.

In a private company, have to make an appointment of a director as MD.

The articles are silent about the same.

Since its a purely private company section 296 is not applicable. so how to go with the appointment of MD.

Sir i filed a form 23 in which remuneration of director revised from1 july 2013 but i wrote 2 august 2012 & filed a form . After 1 day i check it & revised it by filing again form 23 . After few days i got an email from mca that ur form is rejected due to reg. 17(6) . Sir please tell me what should i do.
