Effect of new companies act 2013 on incorporation process

19 September 2013 Can someone please advise me whether for incorporating a new private ltd. company after 12 Sep 2013 is there going to be any change in the MoA and AoA formats??

19 September 2013 Thanks Ajay. But i have already read that clarification. It only talks about the definition of private company. What about the other clauses of AoA and MoA. For example earlier in the MoA we used to have Main objects, Ancilliary objects and other objects. But as the the table A of the Schedule I to the Companies Act 2013, There is no such categorisation. However, since sec,4 and 5 of the new act have not been given effect yet, the objects clause should be made in the old form or the new?? There are many such questions..

19 September 2013 The new Format of AOA & MOA will be adopted after 12.09.2013.
