Kindly clarify me, why should we select CATEGORY as ‘PROMOTER’ in respect of an EXISTING private limited company.

Is there any shareholding percentage determines the Category as ‘Promoter’? That is, a director, who holds above 5%, 10%, 15%…………..shareholding

On 30-06-2013 the name of our Company is CMI Telecom Ltd. and Balance sheet & P/L Account has been made on this name. But as on 15-09-2013 name of company has changed and name of Compay is Neoteric Business Solution Ltd. Now we have to file annual return to ROC. In which name annual return should be filled.

Dear Experts,

In a listed company, Mr. A was reappointed as MD in the Board meeting held on 10th May, as his term expires on 31st august for the further period of 3 years i.e, effect from 1st September.

However the same was approved by shareholders in the AGM held on 30th September.

Kindly let me know the fees for filing 25C is calculated from the effective date of Appointment or date of Board Meeting.

My client's (Pvt. Ltd. Co.) Income Tax Return has been filed bearing the date of Audit Report as 22/09/2013. The board is planning to keep the AGM on 29/09/2013. Is it ok if the date of signing the financial statements by the board is on 22/09/2013? Or is it necessary to sign the reports before the notice of the AGM is issued?
The date of AGM last year was 03/09/2013.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for change of registered office of the pvt ltd co in form 18 within the city limits.

After successful filing, I have duly paid the challan fees.

Do I need to submit the documentary evidence physically also to the ROC Mumbai bec there is no proof that ROC has accepted it and they have not issued any certificate also. If I want to apply for PAN correction, what proof should I give to them?
