Happy Navratra.
On 30-06-2013 the name of our Company is CMI Telecom Ltd. and Balance sheet & P/L Account has been made on this name. But as on 15-09-2013 name of company has changed and name of Compay is Neoteric Business Solution Ltd. Now we have to file annual return to ROC. In which name annual return should be filled.

annual return must be file by new name only. nd in notes to account you have to report about the change of name.
