I want to know obligations of such witness

before and after company gets its existence

A Private Limited Company has been incorporated in December 2011. I want the clarification regarding the last date of AGM for the year 2011-12 if books are closed on 31st March 2012.When the Auditor appoint is to done? if the directors are failed to appoint within one month what is the remedy available?

If company do not give any salary Slip u employee. Where that employee can complaint. any specific provision regarding this kind if unethical practices adopt by company to keep employees under control.

In a pvt ltd indian company only the director whose digital signature is recorded can sign cheques?

hello everyone,

i filed form 1 of client and it requires resubmission due to following
a. affidavit for not accepting deposits and
b. definition of pvt MAY be mentioned in AOA as per circular No.15/2013 dated 13/09/2013

My queries
a. seperate affidavit for each director/subscribers is required or one affidavit mentioned names of all director is sufficient and
b. is is compulosry to include definition in AOA if yes then at which part of AOA ?
