Whts the use of digital signature certificate for a indian pvt ltd company?

person who have received authorization from board of directors is allowed to sign on cheques...which will be supported by board resolution

27 October 2013 Digital signature has nothing to do with cheque signing.

A director not having digital signature can also be a cheque signatory through a board resolution.
