27 October 2013 the following authorised capital must be maintained , if one wants to get the following key words in his proposed company name

Key Words Authorised capital Rs.

Corporation 25 Crore

Hindustan, 2 Crore
India , Indian

Industries , Udyog 5 Crore

Global , Globe 5 Crore

I want to know whether above criteria are true or not

27 October 2013 Now this minimum authorized capital requirement is not required for the above purpose.

Now you can use in proposed name with minimum capital of Rs.1 lac or Rs. 5 lac as the case may be.

I believe Para 10, sub -point X does mandate minimum capital as referred to in the question

27 October 2013 There is no restrictions on using special words in our company name as per latest rules

Companies (name availability) rules 2011 is ammended by vide MCA circular 45/2011.Hence there is no restriction of minimum share capital for using special words in name of company
