I have filed form INC-7 for incorporation of a private limited company and the company is limited by shares.The main objects of the company is coming under division 20 of MGT 14
The main objects of my company is to carry on business in India & elsewhere as manufacturers or and dealers in and importers and exporters of all kinds of packaging containers including cartons,boxes etc.
But at the time of filing INC-7 with MCA it is saying your object clause is not as per schedule.kindly clear my query.Thank You in advance

If Director has no interest in any other entity,

1. still it is mandatory submission of Form MBP-1 stating all the columns nil???

2. Is there requirement of MGT-14 filing with ROC even the director has no interest in any entity???

As per new companies act, casual vacancy of auditor office due to resignation can be appointed by board within 30 days but such appointment is also approved by members in general meeting within 3 months of reccomdation by board. my question is whether ADT 1 is to be filed within 15 days from board approval or general meeting approval. any views?

Dear Experts..
i have filled form MGT-14 of a co. but received a mail from ROC after two days stating that the attachment (MBP-1) not clear so they have directed us to file FORM -67 complete in all respect within 15 days . now when i am uploading the form then system shows me..(ERROR,Addendum functionality is not available for this SRN, as the status of this SRN is not Pending under user clarification, Please enter a valid SRN.) but this is the valid SRN. i have also contacted MCA helpdesk but their advise did not work .....

kindly guide me on the above matter.

I am working for a private limited company .Our company has 11 directors. Under companies act 1956 the quorum for board meeting was 2 for our company.
But under companies act 2013 the quorum is 4. Please explain with relevant sections and provisions under both acts.

increase of authorised share capital by roc without filling any fees and form after that other company merged in it. My question if i am an auditor of merged company i am liable for penalty or not

Can anyone provide me with draft resolution for re-appointment of Statutory Auditors at the AGM as per CA 2013. and Auditors Certificate as per CA 2013.as early as possible.
