I formed a pvt ltd Co for my client as on 25, march 2014 till 09-07-2014 co never do any business. And I never filled form 23B till date.
Please suggest me either to file ADT 1 OR any other way to avoid any penalty

Does the requirement of section 184 of companies Act 2013 and 189 of companies Act 2013 need to get registered in registrar of companies ?

As per sec 184 of CA, 2013 newly appointed director have to disclose their interest in the next board meeting held after their appointmnet for which they have to disclose their interest in MBP 1. Now my query is that-

1. Whether the company in which he is appointed have to again file MGT 14 for disclosure of Interest by newly appointed director.
2. And if that newly appointed director is already a director in other 5 companies, whether he have to disclose his interest again in all the existing companies.
3. Whether all existing 5 companies also have to file MGT 14 for disclosure of Interest.

Please reply specifically for each query.

I have filed form INC-7 for incorporation of a private limited company and the company is limited by shares.The main objects of the company is coming under division 20 of MGT 14
The main objects of my company is to carry on business in India & elsewhere as manufacturers or and dealers in and importers and exporters of all kinds of packaging containers including cartons,boxes etc.
But at the time of filing INC-7 with MCA it is saying your object clause is not as per schedule.kindly clear my query.Thank You in advance
