Dear Sir, Pls guide on the issue of filing ADT-3 in GNL-2 by the auditor under section 140(2), as the form GNL-2 does not have option for auditor's certification. The form asks for resolution no, date, din and dsc of director, etc. Pls guide how the auditor shall intimate Roc about his resignation in ADT-3.

At the end of Form 20B in attachment section - there is provision for attaching - Annual Return as per schedule of the companies act 1956. Please confirm this is the place where form 7.7 is to be attached.
