Filing of adt-3 by auditor with roc

05 August 2014 Dear Sir, Pls guide on the issue of filing ADT-3 in GNL-2 by the auditor under section 140(2), as the form GNL-2 does not have option for auditor's certification. The form asks for resolution no, date, din and dsc of director, etc. Pls guide how the auditor shall intimate Roc about his resignation in ADT-3.

06 August 2014 ADT-3 is signed by the auditor which is attached with form GNL-2.

On resignation of auditor, company has to file ADT- 3.

06 August 2014 But, section 140(2) requires auditor to inform both to the company and ROC in form ADT-3.

06 August 2014 In case of resignation company has to file GNL-2. IN said GNL-2, ADT-3 received from auditor need to be attached.
