I want to know that what includes in Indebtness.

Like long term loans, Short terms loan

Pl suggest how can we know the SRN No. of 23B which may have been filed for FY 2013-14 but we do not confirm about this.

We have to mention the same in 23ab and 23aca.

Pl guide how to know about SRN No. if filed.

Ours is a private limited company(Paid Up Capital - One Lac, not covered under section 139(2) ).

Our Existing auditor has been auditing our company for the last 2 years.
Now we want to know for how many years auditors will be appointed as per companies act, 2013.

Whether the term will be 5 years afresh or 3 years since it has already done audit for 2 years.

Please tell me is there any section specified in companies act 2013 for authentication or certification of documents by foreign company.
Actually i have filed form Fc-2 for appointment of Authorised representative then ROC has raised an objection that the POA should be notarised and counsalarised by Indian embassy. the company is originally incorporated in Germany.
Please provide me the source where it has written that such counsalarised by Indian embassy is necessary?

As per new MOA of private limited co., in 3rd clause there is main object in 3(a) and matters necessary for main object in 3(b).

my question is where to write other object of the co., is the clause is deleted or i can add it in 3(c). please suggest as per new co.'s Act,2013.

I am filling new form ADT-1 but I am unable to fill point 4(i) regarding previous appointment. My query is that if we are not covered under sec 139(2) of co act 2013 and we are the auditor of the co. since its inception which is more than 10 years than how to fill point 4(i) of form ADT-1?

Plz. let me know in case of small company, upto what time it is mandatory to hold 1st board meeting ? since some company have not filed yet MGT - 14 for disclosure of interest.

Whether it could be 30th sep. i.e. 6 month from 1st April ? Since act says that in these type of companies 2 board meeting should be held in each calender year.
