Pl suggest how can we know the SRN No. of 23B which may have been filed for FY 2013-14 but we do not confirm about this.

We have to mention the same in 23ab and 23aca.

Pl guide how to know about SRN No. if filed.

22 October 2014 Either your auditor or your company may get E-mail alert from MCA and to mobile number of person who have uploaded returns confirming that form 23B was approved.

Hence You may check mobile and email inbox of concerned to get the same

22 October 2014 Sir actually somebody else has filed the same last year but now he is not cooperating in this matter.......pl suggest how find srn no of 23b
