25 October 2014 In a company 2 additional directors have appointed on 26.03.2014. Now what is the process to convert their designation from additional director to director?????//

Whether such conversion is mandatory before AGM or not???/// Whether they are authorised to sign the annual return of that company?//

plz suggest me complete procedure of the same.

27 October 2014 2 additional director will be Additional Director Till AGM of company. If company want to appoint him as director then regularize the person as director in General Meeting by Share holder Resolution

Regularization can be done either at AGM or EGM (Held before AGM)

They can sign the annual return only of they are regularized at AGM/EGM.
