Re: alternates to closing down a pvt. ltd co.

23 October 2014 Dear Members,
I have a Pvt Ltd Co Incorporated Under Companies Act 1956 in the year 2010. But for Last Two years the company is making regular loss and I had to maintain all the statutory matters,expenses as stipulated under the LAW.So,Can any one suggest me What can I do instead of closing down the company because I want to retain the Co. name for future prospect.

23 October 2014 Dear Members,
Any Pvt Ltd co which have carried out only trading nature of business and suffer loss for last two financial year can apply for for "Dormant" Status.

23 October 2014 you will have to wait for a couple of years. but still better than shutting down
