Is DIR-3 is mandatorily required to digitaly signed by applicant?

How to get DIR-4 ?

If any person is going to appoint as first director of a company which is going to incorporate, what procedure required to follow?

My INC2 got rejected twice with remarks as:

Rule 16(1)(a) and Rule 13(1) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 has not been complied.Not to be taken on record.

As regarding Rule 16(1)a do I need to affix Photograph and all other details mentioned in Rule 16(1) in MOA & AOA since its not in the formats as prescribed in Schedule 2 of Companies act 2013

And as regarding Rule13(1) my submitted MOA & attested by a witness, do I need the MOA to be signed by more witnesses??

Any my form has been rejected twice and retuned as "Not To Be Taken In Record" does this mean I need to refile the form by paying the Incorporation fees again ??

I was incorporate Private Limited Company as on 28.02.2014.And not appoint first Auditor with in 30 days of the date of incorporation and also EOGM within 90 days of the date of incorporation. Kindly confirm me what will be do in this case without penalty.

I have incorporated a Company under Companies Act 1956 and the COI has been received on 02.04.2014.

Now my question here is that whether Section 11 "Declaration for Commencement of Business" will be applicable on this company or not since Companies Act 2013 applicable w.e.f. 01.04.2014.

I would like to know, one of my client has a representative office in India and has applied to RBI/CG for the licence to start the business in India.

Now they have got the licence to start the business in India and they have to inform the ROC within 30 days about the receipt of the permission and new place of business in India.

So, can you please let me know, which forms to be filed, i.e. FC-1 or 2.

Doubts.
1. Whether it will be within 18 months of incorporation as per the old Act? since the company was incorporated under the old Act.
2. Whether AGM will be held within 9 months as per CA 2014.

HeY I have filed Form Inc-7 for incoporation of a private company but roc has raised an objection that heading III (B) of moa ie objects ancilliary and incidental to the main object is not as per Rule 13. So can any one tell me what is Rule 13 or either provide me moa as per companies act 2013

while filing the annual returns in MOC website i am getting the following error :

The Certifying Authority of the DSC that you are using is not trusted. Please use the DSC issued by one of the Trusted Certifying Authorities mentioned in MCA21 portal.

I am using only the trusted dsc like TCS.

Can any expert please tell me how to rectify this defect?

Wheteher Certificate of commencement of business is required to take or the company can start its activity without having it.
