How to get DIR-4 ?
If any person is going to appoint as first director of a company which is going to incorporate, what procedure required to follow?
DIR-4 is done away and its content is included in in DIR-3.
Procedure in seriatim -
* obtain DSC
* obtain DIN
* e-file DIR-12.
