Dear Sir
I have incorporated a Company under Companies Act 1956 and the COI has been received on 02.04.2014.
Now my question here is that whether Section 11 "Declaration for Commencement of Business" will be applicable on this company or not since Companies Act 2013 applicable w.e.f. 01.04.2014.

According to my view, section 11 will be not applicable as your company was incorporated under companies act 1956.
