i am a alternate director. can i appoint in same co as an director.

ROTATOINAL AND NON ROTATIONAL DIRECTOR KA CONCEPT PVT LTD CO ME BHI APPLY HOTA HAI KYA AS PER CA 2013

A Director of Pvt Ltd Co not filed any returns for FY 2010-11, Fy2011-12, Fy2012-13, FY 2013-14 now i want to know whether Director is disqualified if he Incorporate new company and become his Director???

What will be the situation if he closes the old company by Easy Exit Scheme and incorporates new company???

whether a director who submits his resignation latter. can he withdraw his resignation letter before it becomes effective.

The Companies Act 2013 prescribed Share Certificate form No.SH-1. The shares allotted after 1.4.2014 will be issued in SH-1. But for the existing shares which were already alloted and share certificates issued-is it required to cancel the old ones and issue certificates in the New SH-1. Please clarify.

I have a query regarding fee for FORM-FTE
"Is fee form FORM-FTE is same for all closing companies or is their any difference".
Acctually i am closing some companies their is difference in fee for one company to other company.

I have incorporated a company with 2 directors and i have issued shares of 5000 @10/- to each director.Now i have added 2 more directors and want to issue shares to them at premium, 5000 Shares @100/- (90 Premium).my question is whether i need to collect premium amount from old shareholders also or i can continue with new shareholders.

when the INC 22 form filled ?? plz explain.
