Dear Experts,
Please explain me the process through which I can verify the details of Share holder's of a company.
I am working for a scheduled bank and recently I have been approached by a prospective client asking for a loan of a sizable amount. The client is doing business in the name of a company. Through my preliminary enquiry I have came to know that there are two directors in the company, However, I am unable to find out the shareholders detail.
Please let me know the correct process through which I can find out the details.

1. to log in to mca website go to http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/
2. register your self as registered user
3. Go to option- Services
4. click on view public documents and fill the details of the company you want and click on search
5. you will get search results
6. click on select and pay
7. pay online Rs. 100 towards inspection fees
8. go back to my documents option after you have loged in to mca
9. inspect the documents and download

TO VIEW SHAREHOLDER DETAILS YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT OF RS 100/- IN MCA WEBSITE UNDER VIEW PUBLIC DOCUMENT ONCE YOU MAKE PAYMENT YOU CAN VIEW COMPANY ANNUAL RETURN AND FINANCIAL STATEMENT
