Can family members Director's in same Pvt Ltd Company or is there any restrictions on family member for director ship in Pvt Ltd company

co. has filed annula return+annual account for 2011,2012,2013,in the month of march 2014.weather
its directors disqulifed if so what/ whichi director will be removed as there are 3 Dir all appointed during incorpration

experts, please tell me whether a director will be considered as an employee if previously he was an employee in a company and after that he became a director.. if yes then will he get PFI and other benefits.
