if paid up capital of a subsidiary of public company is 2lakh then the subsidiary will be a public company or not

If a person holds 2 DINs & wishes to surrender the DIN that he has never used. Can a Company, in which he is a Director using the other DIN, file RD-1 for surrender of the DIN of its Director that he has never used to hold any directorship.

Affidavit Amount? will submission of physical copy of DIR-5 with RD require submission of any fees?

I want to know complete procedure alongwith fees for conversion of private co. to public co. and its listing.

As per the Companies act, 2013 we have to mention DIN No. of Director or Membership No. of Practicing professional, who sing any resolution or any other documenets, as the case may be.

But whether we also need to mention postal address of the person who sign the same ??

As per new company act how we calculate depriciation on assets?

Dear Experts, we had submitted FC GPR to the AD Bank. The issue of shares involved more than one investor. The bank asked us to submit separate point 5 (post issue shareholding pattern) for every investor. Kindly guide if it is practical to do so?
