Increase in authorised capital

21 July 2015 I have filled form MGT-14 with the registrar for increase in the authorized capital and the same has also been approved by the department. However while filing for SH-7 it shows wrong SRN number.
Can anyone please help me what may the cause of the problem.
Further SH-7 calculating the stamp duty as NIL for such increase.
Can anyone please tell me what might be wrong?

21 July 2015 As far as I know, the SRN shall be filled up by us (it won't be prefilled). I am really not getting your point 'while filing for SH-7, it shows wrong SRN number). Can you please clarify your exact query.

What is amount of increase in share capital?

Thanks for taking interest in my query.

Actually i have filed EGM Resolution (for increase in the authorised capital) with the registrar in MGT-14.
Now while filing form SH-7, it is asking for SRN of MGT-14, Which i also filed but it as showing as invalid SRN.

As I have to pay stamp duty on further increase in the authorised capital( from 100000 to 500000) but form SH-7 calculating the stamp duty as NIL

21 July 2015 I am not sure why SRN error is coming. You will have to again try it. If not happening, raise a ticket with ROC.

There has to be Rs 1000 stamp duty. Please check your form once again. If still same issues, you can raise Ticket with MCA for this also.
(I have also paid stamp duty of Rs 1000 while increasing Authorised capital from 1Lac to 3Lac in Mumbai)
