Incorporation of a Pvt Ltd Company

An application in Form 1A is being repeatedly rejected due to resemblance of the proposed name with the name of a Bank Group.

The promoters want to keep the name of the proprietary which will be converted into Pvt Ltd co. so that the goodwill of the promoters can be retained by the company.

Is there any way to float this company with the name promoters wish to keep?

A pca/pcs is a director of company can he certified the MCA-21 form as a professional capacity.

Form 23B

Dear All,

In the Form 23ACA of ROC Annual Return they are asking for SRN no of Form 23 B.

Is this compulsory for the Fiancial Year 2007 - 08 or is it applicable only from Finacial Year 2008 - 09.

may i know wats the meaning of licentiate member of the institute of company secretaries of india.

does it mean a member who has cleared the final level(professional programme) of icsi but not have undergone training.

Is the internship Compulsory under CS?

do a student who have undergone articleship in CA get any exemption from internship in Company Secretary(CS Degree). And If yes then wholly or partially.
