24 January 2009 Pls tell me whether it is require to pass ordinary resolution for reappointment of M.D. in private ltd.Co.? which ROC forms are required to submit for such reappointment?

24 January 2009 When the director retires by rotation and re-appointed resolution has to be passed.

Again he has to be elected as MD in the next meeting afte the agm or egm where he is appointed.

Then Form 25 C has to be filed.
