If any person already having DIN no. & working as a Director in a company, now he intends to join as a Director in a Newly formed Company, so please let me know, whether he would required to obtain new DIN no. or the existing DIN no. will do the work.

our both of the Directors are Korean and are in India.
Now we want to appoint one more director who is in korean and now in korea.
