Whether Minimum Number of Directors of a private company whis is a subsidiary of a public co. is 3 or 2..?

No doubt at all.
Minimum Number of Directors of a private company which is subsidiary of a public co. is 2 as per section 252 of the companies act, 1956.

section 252(1) says Every public company (other than a public company which has become such by virtue of section 43(A) shall have at least three directors.
again as per sub section (2) Every other company shall have at least two directors.
so answer is two
