30 July 2009 Can any one tell me compny law return is complsory to be filled by CA.
If the director of a company is CA than can he fille Return?

And tell me any other person who are entitle to file return?

30 July 2009 Hi,

Assuming that u r talking about Annual Return to be filed with registrar of companies u/s 159 of companies act, 1956.

This Annual Return is requierd to filed electronically with Form 20B.

Anybody can upload form 20B along with Annual Return after proper certification by practicing CA/CS and after director's digital sign.
