If any person already having DIN no. & working as a Director in a company, now he intends to join as a Director in a Newly formed Company, so please let me know, whether he would required to obtain new DIN no. or the existing DIN no. will do the work.

One person One DIN so its not required to obtain new DIN i.e. existing DIN will do.
