the subscribers to MoA state the number of shares they agree to take up in subscription clause.. whats the time limit within which they should pay the company and take up those shares...?

To incorporate a Private limited co. in Tamilnadu is that mandatory to file the hardcopy of Inc. docs. to ROC or softcopy along with Form 1,18,32 is enough?
If hardcopy is needed, shd that be submitted in person or can it be sent thru courier? For what further circumstances, we need to go in person after submission of hardcopy and how many times?how many days will it take to approve the incorp of company from the date of filing f 1,8,32?

Due to some reason, the company wants to complete the filing of Form 23AC, Form 23ACA and Form 20B and then finally, Form 66.


Is it possible to file Form 23AC without filing Form 66 ?

Whether system allows Form 23AC to upload by giving dummy SRN for Form 66.

Q.1 Till what time Transfer deed is valid for a pvt ltd and public ltd co.?

Q.2 Transfer deed was dt aug 09 and AGM date is in the month of sep 09 say 25sep, the above deed can be submitted for transfer before AGM date bt transfer is confirmed in oct month. can co. do this i.e. confirm the transfer in month of oct, after AGM date?

If a director of holding company is appointed as a representative director in Subisidiary. And Director is paid a sitting fees in subsidiary company.

whether director is entitled for that sitting fees or Holding company to whom he is representing?

please answer my query.

Say Mr X is a managing director of a public limited company who will be re retiring after the tenure of five years, now just after the date of his retirement can he continue as ordinary director upto the next general meeting for confirmation of his re-appointment as managing director?
